If something isn’t right or you just change your mind, don’t worry, we are happy to accept a return. Products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedures for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible, but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.
Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:
If you have received a damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at accounts@emassence.com with your order number and a couple of pictures of the product within 5 Days of delivery.
We will try and replace the product as soon as possible or issue a full refund if you wish to.
At Emassence Bodycare, each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we refund the full cash amount.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes a person takes a decision and wishes that it could be taken back!
Emassence Bodycare Ltd allows its customers to cancel orders by requesting for order cancellation by e-mail at accounts@emassence.com or by calling at +443332425263.
If the cancellation is requested before the order has been packed and shipped, we will refund your money within 48 to 72 hours. If the customer requests for cancellation after the product is packed and shipped, In such cases cancellations will be accepted but the refund will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours after we receive the product. Any VAT/CST that has been paid will also be refunded. We may also charge an administration fee and handling fee.
In Case of Returning a Product Please make sure that:
- the product was purchased in the last 14 days
- it is in its original packaging and unopened.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are absolutely refundable.
